Celiac Disease Foundation Conference & Food Faire

The Celiac Disease Foundation will be holding its annual Education Conference and Food Faire on Saturday May 2, 2009. If you have celiac disease or are living gluten-free, this is a fantastic event to attend!
The speakers include two of the best-known doctors in the celiac world.
- Dr. Stefano Guandalini is a pediatric gastroenterologist and the director of the Chicago Celiac Disease Center.
- Dr. Joseph Murray is an adult gastroenterologist and professor of medicine at the Mayo Clinic.
There are other speakers, including a pharmacist, parents of celiac children and registered dieticians.
The program also includes:
- continental gluten-free breakfast and lunch
- gluten-free goodie bag
- gluten-free pizza and beer tasting
- vendor displays with gluten-free food samples and sales
