Alison will share her annual Halloween candy safe list and some Thanksgiving tips. We hope you will share yours too! Do you have a gluten-free Thanksgiving recipe? Bring copies for the group if you wish, or we can discuss trading recipes via email. (We will not have access to a copier at the meeting.)

Discovering her Non Celiac Gluten Intolerance 12 years ago prompted Sheila to become a Certified Nutritionist and integrate that service with her Physical Therapy private practice.
