I have the winners of the Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook! By the way, I went to our holiday meeting/potluck of GIG of Marin, and someone there had made the crackers from Elana’s cookbook — and they were sooooo good! I wish I could have nuts around my house because I would love to try many more of her recipes.
