  1. Neeva got glutened good from starbucks pumpkin spice latte – watch out! they claimed the syrup was gluten-free, but it does have carmel color and that must be the culprit – when i googled it, a blog came up that said “attention celiacs, don’t drink the pumpkin spice.”

just go to peets – anyplace with torani syrups – torani flavors are almost all gluten-free and if you contact them at their website, they will email you a list.

a few other things we learned the really hard way – also stay away from rice dream (not really gluten free) she got sicker than anything with this – and hersheys chocolate milk syrup with vitamin d in the plastic bottle – it has vitamin E, which must be the culprit – they also claimed it was gluten free even when i specifically asked about the vitamin E.
