Gluten Intolerance Group of Marin April Meeting

Our next meeting of the Gluten Intolerance Group of Marin will take place on Tuesday, April 20 at 7:00. As always, there will be food to taste, samples, and raffle prizes!

The first topic of the night will be “Back to Basics.” This is a great meeting for newcomers to learn the ins and outs of the gluten-free diet, and also for the experienced gluten-free eaters to sharpen their skills and share their knowledge. The second topic of the night will be “What’s for Lunch?” We hope you will participate in offering your suggestions for what can be a challenging meal. Whether you fix it at home, take it to go, or know of some places to grab a quick (and safe) bite, come to share your ideas and get new ones!

Also, we will welcome guests Chad and Marisa North, who are opening a gluten-free grocery store right here in Marin! They are looking forward to gathering your feedback and suggestions for their new venture.

Whether you have Celiac Disease, are gluten-sensitive, or are learning more about gluten free living for yourself, family or friends, we look forward to seeing you at the April 20th meeting of the Gluten Intolerance Group of Marin! New members are welcome.

To be added to our group email list and/or to RSVP to this event, email us at: glutenfreemarin@yahoo.com.
