My wife has some great allergy free (mainly gluten and casein free) Holiday recipes on her website: http://woggle-bug.com/recipes – everything from Savory Stuffing and cranberry sauce to gingerbread houses. The site is geared towards autism, but as the official celiac taste-tester I’ll vouch for the gluten-free goodness of the foods!

It looks like it has a lot of info! Yeah, food allergies kinda suck, but now I am glad we know. Poor DS was miserable for a long time and we couldn’t figure it out. He is only 10 months old, so it is easier with him being so small to limit his diet. It is crazy b/c both DDs are allergy free.
